We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Business Unit Head & P&L Head with at least 5 years of experience in the recruitment industry . The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business unit, driving profitability, managing P&L, and ensuring the delivery of recruitment solutions that align with the company's objectives.
What you'll do
- Own and manage the Profit & Loss (P&L) for the business unit, ensuring financial targets are met
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, ensuring cost-effective operations while driving revenue growth
- Develop and execute strategies for revenue enhancement, cost control, and profitability improvement
- Lead and manage the recruitment operations for the business unit, including client acquisition, account management, and recruitment delivery
- Build and manage high-performing teams, ensuring that all team members are aligned with organizational goals
