What you'll do
- Sourcing candidates from various job boards
- Coordinating with various vendors/ consultants/ colleges for placement
- Screening candidates. Interview scheduling via our ATS
- Engaging with candidates/ offer management / pre onboardings
- Handling Payroll and compliance basics
