The ideal candidate would be responsible for: managing the payroll of 1000+ candidates with payroll transfer, verifying Onboarding formalities for new hires and transfers; new hire documentation/files/PF and gratuity forms. Maintaining the personal files of employees and various MIS reports. Conducting employee engagement activities at the location and coordinating for the same
