About the role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultants/executive/recruiters to join our team and manage the first stage of our recruiting process. Talent Acquisition Consultant responsibilities include using various channels to look for potential candidates, contacting passive candidates and building talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
What you'll do
- As a Recruiter, you need to be able to identify/screen/qualify candidates for IT/Non-IT positions
- Should be responsible for Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluating the candidates
- Should be able to maintain Foster long-term relationships with candidates through reviews & follow ups
- Review and understand technical job requirements
