You will get hands-on experience as a production coder while stepping up to analyze coding denials, discover trends, and serve as a go-to resource for internal team queries .
What you'll do
- Production Coding Excellence (30%): Accurately process and code client services, maintaining high standards of quality and regulatory compliance
- Denial Resolution (30%): Review, evaluate, and resolve coding denials to ensure accurate claim resolution for our client practices
- Trend Analysis & Workflow Prevention (30%): Analyze coding denials and patterns to pinpoint workflow improvements, root-cause issues, and preventive solutions
- Team Knowledge Hub (10%): Serve as a helpful, subject-matter resource for the MMI team regarding coding clarifications, questions, and guidance
