What you'll do
- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) from drawings and specifications
- Develop project cost estimates for civil, structural, architectural, and infrastructure works
- Analyze tender documents, project requirements, and technical specifications
- Prepare rate analysis, cost breakdowns, and pricing schedules
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams for estimation inputs
