About the role
The position is responsible for managing and executing all the structural projects assigned to this role. The position is responsible for successful initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control and successful closure of the projects assigned . The role comprises of administrative tasks, forecasting, planning, risk identification, change order management, billing, payments etc. all the way up to commercial closure of the project.
What you'll do
- Plan & ensure Revenue Plan & deliver as per timelines for all the projects assigned
- Ownership for assigned Projects including its financial performance
- Ensure contractual obligations are met & work certifications are achieved on time
- Ensure proper risk management plan is prepared & executed to achieve positive gross margin deviations
