About the role
The Senior Traffic-cum-Pavement Expert will be responsible for traffic analysis, forecasting, and design of flexible and rigid pavements for highway, expressway, and infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with IRC, MoRTH, and other applicable standards.
What you'll do
- Conduct traffic surveys, analysis, forecasting, PCU, V/C ratio and LOS studies as per IRC/MoRTH guidelines
- Prepare traffic growth projections and demand models for highway and expressway projects
- Design flexible and rigid pavements as per IRC:37, IRC:58, IRC SP guidelines and MoRTH specifications
- Evaluate subgrade strength (CBR), axle load spectrum, and pavement performance
- Integrate traffic study outputs with pavement design for cost-effective solutions
