What you'll do
- Guide a team of Partner Solution Architects, empowering them to develop and maintain impactful relationships within the partner ecosystem
- Enable partners with the knowledge, tools, and resources they need to drive technical alignment, without requiring deep technical expertise
- Guide the development of co-branded solutions and joint proposals, ensuring mutual alignment and contributing to revenue targets
- Cultivate an inclusive, high-performing team by setting high standards, encouraging diversity of thought, and providing mentorship and growth opportunities
- Promote an environment where all team members feel valued and supported, championing best practices in partner engagement and strategic planning
