About the role
We are looking for an Engineer III, Business Systems to design, build, and support the systems and integrations that enable MongoDB’s top-of-funnel and lead-to-revenue processes. This individual contributor role will focus on marketing technology, lead lifecycle management, enrichment, campaign operations, account and territory management, activity management, outreach, annual planning, and inbound and outbound integrations.
What you'll do
- Design, build, and support solutions for top-of-funnel and marketing operations processes
- Develop and enhance lead capture, lead conversion, routing, qualification, scoring, and lifecycle management capabilities
- Administer and integrate marketing and enrichment platforms such as FCI, LeanData, Ortoo, and related GTM applications
- Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce, marketing automation, enrichment, outreach, analytics, data, and downstream business systems
- Support campaign management, campaign attribution, audience segmentation, campaign member management, and marketing performance workflows
