About the role
We are looking for a highly experienced Lead Salesforce Engineer to drive the architecture, design, and evolution of critical Salesforce and CRM solutions supporting MongoDB’s post-sales business processes.
What you'll do
- Lead the architecture, design, and development of scalable Salesforce solutions supporting post-sales teams, including Customer Success, Support, Renewals, Services
- Translate business requirements into secure, maintainable, and scalable technical solutions aligned with long-term platform strategy
- Partner closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering teams to refine requirements and deliver high-quality post-sales solutions
- Oversee integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise platforms, ensuring reliable data flow and sound system design across the customer lifecycle
- Drive platform optimization across performance, scalability, usability, maintainability, and governance
