About the role
The IT SaaS Engineering Team is the backbone of MongoDB's go-to-market operations. We're hiring a Staff Salesforce Engineer to own the architecture, design, and evolution of our CRM platform. This role combines deep technical leadership, hands-on solution design, and a modern engineering mindset that embraces AI-powered development responsibly.
What you'll do
- Lead architecture, design, and development of scalable Salesforce solutions — custom applications, automations, and integrations
- Translate business requirements into secure, maintainable, technical solutions aligned with long-term platform strategy
- Partner with business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering to refine requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
- Oversee integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise platforms, ensuring reliable data flow and sound system design
