About the role
We are looking for a Staff Engineer to set technical direction and lead delivery of this platform. You will combine deep systems engineering with product judgment, turning ambiguous requirements into reusable services and working integrations. You will define clear boundaries between platform, product teams, and external partners; make deliberate build-versus-integrate decisions; and contribute foundational code.

- Develop comprehensive mastery of system architectures, user journeys, and technical constraints while fostering key cross-functional partnerships
