About the role
We’re seeking someone to join our team as an experienced Vice President - HR Strats / Data Engineer in Bengaluru to lead HR Service Delivery automation initiative to drive smarter workforce decisions. This role partners closely with senior business leaders, HR, and Technology to build scalable, data-driven solutions that improve how HR operates and delivers insight to the business.
What you'll do
- Design, build, test, and deploy internal HR applications and tools with user interfaces, business logic, workflow, and data
- Lead core business/HR process cycles (compensation, workforce planning, talent reviews) end-to-end
- Own the full product and development lifecycle, from discovery and requirements through architecture, implementation, and ongoing enhancement
- Develop backend services, APIs, data pipelines, and integrations that connect HR applications to enterprise data platforms and source systems using Python, SQL
- Partner with senior business leadership, HR, and technology teams to translate workforce and operating needs into product requirements, technical designs
