About the role
The Vice President, MSET & COO Support, is responsible for leading business management, operational risk, regulatory response, commission management support, client onboarding coordination, and process governance across the MSET COO organization. The role partners with senior stakeholders, coverage teams, technology, risk managers, and regional teams to strengthen controls, execute business priorities, and deliver scalable operating solutions.
What you'll do
- Responsible for leading business management, operational risk, regulatory response, commission management support, client onboarding coordination
- Support the MSET COO function through business management, governance, executive reporting, stakeholder engagement, and cross-regional coordination
- Lead and manage end-to-end Request for Information (RFI) processes, ensuring timely, accurate, and audit-ready responses while driving process improvements and automation
- Oversee Commission Management Group (CMG) activities, including commission-related requests, data validation, reporting, issue resolution, and control governance
- Coordinate Client Onboarding for Cash and Listed Derivatives, ensuring efficient onboarding, documentation management, account setup, and stakeholder alignment
