What you'll do
- Provide execution and analytical support to global Equity Solutions teams across equity-linked and structured transactions, including convertibles, share buybacks
- Support transaction execution by coordinating with deal team members, tracking deliverables, and managing workflows across key deal milestones
- Assist in structuring transactions by analysing trade-offs across cost of capital, dilution, valuation, and risk management
- Build and maintain financial and scenario models to evaluate structuring alternatives, pricing dynamics, and payoff profiles
- Conduct market, sector, and transaction analysis, including precedents, valuation benchmarks, implied volatilities, pricing trends, and post-issuance performance tracking
