User stories could cover service catalog, catalog items/record producers, knowledge bases/knowledge articles, notifications, assignment rules using advanced work assignment, and Service Level Agreement (SLA) configurations and workflows. Experience delivering projects for implementing Workspaces and Now Assist
What you'll do
- Implement core configuration user stories with minimal guidance
- Participate in and/or lead design workshops, development, testing and deployment activities
- Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, CSM and Custom Applications
- Implement integrations utilizing Integration Hub and relevant Spokes
- Execute unit testing to confirm user stories meet acceptance criteria as implemented
