About the role
The People Technology Foundation Senior Product Specialist will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their problems, requirements and desired outcomes, translating these into practical, scalable and supportable digital solutions across the People Foundation portfolio.
What you'll do
- Work directly with global, regional and functional stakeholders to understand business problems, requirements, user needs and desired outcomes
- Lead discovery, requirements and solution-shaping workshops, constructively challenging assumptions and translating business requirements into clear options
- Act as a senior subject-matter specialist for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and assigned Foundation capabilities, bringing relevant platform knowledge
- Deliver authorised configuration, product administration, enhancements and optimisation activity directly within agreed access, security
- Take ownership of assigned product changes from discovery through functional design, configuration, testing, release and early-life support
