We are looking for proactive and detail-oriented Operation Analyst monitor and support IT Infrastructure and application systems Operation Analyst will assess and escalate alerts and events, raise an incidents, follow up of incidents, liaise and coordinate with technical experts and users, complete the daily tasks in accordance to task schedule The role involves shift work on 24 x 365 rota
What you'll do
- Monitor, identify and escalate batch failures as and when they occur
- Escalate or resolve tickets
- System housekeeping, shutdown and start in accordance with defined procedures and SLAs
- Monitoring and incident management adhering to strict SLAs
- Complete daily check sheet and reporting
