What you'll do

• Liaise with clients, external lawyers and other transaction parties on transactions within the designated product coverage
• Drafting Skills to review and negotiate varied contracts such as administrative contracts, vendor contracts and IT contracts by following internal guidance and principles
• Be proactive in the provision of legal consultancy services and guidance to business units on material legal developments with regards to a broad range of products
• Ensure that senior management within Legal function is fully briefed on major issues arising in relevant business area and major legislative changes
• Support Head of Legal, India by engaging in global, regional and/or country initiatives, supervise and manage legal affairs in India
