About the role
Internal Title:Analyst/ Sr Analyst/ Manager/ AVP To play a key role in enhancement of Core Banking System (CBS) and Downstream Reporting from business perspective
What you'll do
- Evaluate business processes and reporting requirement, document the requirement and co-ordinate with the development team
- Lead the discussion of gap analysis including documentation like creation of BRD, FSD , BRFSD etc
- Trouble shooting BAU system issues, recording and tracking in JIRA /Confluence tools - liaison with HO and Technical teams for timely closure
- Ensure solid partnerships across branches and maintain relationships with project stakeholders
- Collaborate and co-ordinate with the Technical BA and global partners including vendor
