What you'll do
- Provide subject matter expertise and support on Data Quality Monitoring, data governance, and banking data-related matters
- Review and support functional and technical documentation, including Data Dictionary, Key Data Elements, data lineage, and DQM business rules
- Perform data analysis, investigation, reporting, and issue resolution for DQM errors, incidents, deficiencies, and stakeholder queries
- Identify, manage, escalate, and communicate data quality issues with local, regional, and global stakeholders in a timely manner
- Gather and clarify business and user requirements, and translate them into practical DQM, reporting, or data-related solutions
