About the role
The role is part of Data Engineering and Business Intelligence team within MUFG EMEA Technology which manages the projects related to data applications across MUFG bank systems. We looking for a experienced developer/ analyst with around 5 to 8 years of experience driving different data solutions end to end.
What you'll do
- Work in Shifts based on rota
- Identify and resolve technical issues
- Maintaining and updating system technical documents and service operation manuals
- Ensure the support provided is within the Service Level agreement set with business and technology groups
- Ensure IT governance, standards and procedures are adhered to at all times
