About the role
The Assistant Vice President - Technology Recruitment is responsible for managing and delivering end-to-end recruitment for Technology functions.
What you'll do
- Recruitment Planning and Delivery
- Partner with Technology hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand approved manpower requirements, role specifications
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Technology positions, including requirement intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection
- Develop recruitment plans and sourcing strategies for regular, niche, critical and leadership Technology roles
- Ensure positions are progressed and closed within agreed service levels and approved recruitment processes
