About the role
The Business Management, Vice President, plays a critical role liaising across HR Central Services teams and other key stakeholders to foster a holistic, systems approach for optimizing the intersections between people, process, and technology and proactively mitigating operational risk.
What you'll do
- Serve as liaison across HR Central Services teams and provider partners to ensure cross-functional alignment, seamless coordination, risk mitigation
- Act as a neutral, agnostic facilitator— ensuring balanced representation across stakeholders, advocating for multiple sides, and mediating discussions
- Facilitate team‑level problem‑solving forums to identify issues, brainstorm possible solutions, and co‑create the path forward
- Foster a collaborative, people-centric culture that emphasizes transparency, accountability, and shared ownership of outcomes
- Drive cross-functional culture and change initiatives that strengthen employee experience, operational consistency, and organizational cohesion
