About the role
This role is responsible for delivering the full spectrum of HR Business Advisory, including talent management, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, performance management, succession planning, capability development, employee relations and change management. The incumbent will work closely with business leaders, regional HR teams and CoEs to influence key people decisions and support sustainable business growth.
What you'll do
