What you'll do
- Recruitment Analytics & Business Insights
- Own end-to-end Talent Acquisition analytics and reporting framework
- Develop executive dashboards covering hiring demand, pipeline health, recruiter productivity, source effectiveness, offer management, and hiring SLA performance
- Analyze recruitment trends and identify key drivers impacting hiring outcomes
- Present insights, risks, bottlenecks, and recommendations to leadership teams
