About the role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Business Analyst to support U.S. Wholesale Banking Compliance and KYC functions. This is a hands-on role requiring a strong blend of Business Analysis, Application Support, Data Analysis, Reporting, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) expertise.
What you'll do
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Compliance, KYC, Client Onboarding, and Customer Risk Rating (CRR) applications and processes
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements, translating business needs into effective technology solutions
- Perform detailed business, process, and data analysis to identify operational inefficiencies, compliance risks, control gaps, and opportunities for improvement
- Partner with Compliance, Operations, and Technology teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, solution design
- Provide hands-on application and production support, including issue investigation, defect management, root cause analysis, and user support
