What you'll do
- Monthly Reporting & MIS
- Prepare monthly management reports including consolidated P&L, Balance Sheet, and cash flow
- Deliver structured variance analysis (budget vs actuals, country-wise and product-wise performance)
- Support preparation of investor and leadership reporting packs
- Track key business metrics relevant to EOR operations (headcount, payroll cost, FX impact, margins)
