About the role
We are looking for a Principal Product Manager – Payments & Finance to architect and deliver the next generation of global pay-in and pay-out infrastructure for our worldwide customer base. You’ll shape product strategy, build strong partnerships with banks, payment service providers (PSPs), and cross-border payment networks , and work closely with engineering, design, compliance, and operations teams to launch market-leading solutions.
What you'll do
- Design & build best-in-class global pay-in and pay-out infrastructure , ensuring scalability, compliance, and cost efficiency
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from strategy, requirements, and roadmap to launch and scale
- Directly own the Payments & Finance P&L , driving revenue growth and margin optimization
- Launch the next generation of fintech products for our global workforce, including wallets, FX, virtual & physical cards, and alternative payment methods
- Forge strategic partnerships with banks, PSPs, card networks, and cross-border payment providers to expand coverage and improve economics
