What you'll do
- Your mission is to launch the Value Added Services (VAS) Products for our customers & members aligned with customer needs and business goals
- Deliver world-class experiences and define how our customers select and use VAS products - IT Assets, Background Verification
- Own our VAS stack, and constantly seek to build new experiences and solutions to make our product offering world-class
- Develop a deep understanding of global employee hiring & different stakeholders needs during the hire to retire process
- Help define the goals & vision for our VAS charter & will work with a variety of stakeholders involved in the onboarding, invoicing
