About the role
We are looking for a Director / Senior Manager, Global EOR HR Advisory to lead and scale a high-performing HR advisory function supporting our Employer of Record (EOR) business globally. This role owns the delivery of accurate, compliant, and practical HR guidance across countries, while managing a distributed team of HR advisors and partnering closely with Legal, Payroll, Compliance, Product, and Customer-facing teams.
What you'll do
- Lead and manage a global team of HR advisors providing guidance on employment lifecycle topics under EOR
- Define advisory coverage across onboarding, contracts, probation, leave, performance, termination, and employee relations
- Ensure advice is country-accurate, consistent, and aligned with EOR risk frameworks
- Compliance & Risk Ownership
- Own HR advisory risk management in partnership with Legal and Compliance teams
