Sr. Specialist - EOR Partner Payroll (NAMER)

About the role

As a key member of the EOR Partner Payroll team at Multiplier, the Sr Payroll Specialist - EOR Partner Payroll plays a pivotal role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of employee payrolls. This position involves working closely with the operations team, accounting department, and external stakeholders to manage the payroll process, from data collection and processing to payment and compliance.

What you'll do

• Manage the payroll process, including data collection, processing, payment, and compliance, in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Develop and implement payroll processes and procedures to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance
• Lead a team of payroll specialists, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure the successful delivery of payroll services
• Collaborate with the operations team, accounting department, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless payroll processing and payment
• Analyze payroll data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to drive efficiency and cost savings
