What you'll do
- Monitor and manage all litigation cases (civil, criminal, consumer, labour, arbitration, etc.) in the zone
- Prepare and review legal pleadings, affidavits, and other documents
- Represent the company before courts and tribunals when required
- Liaise with external counsels, law firms, and local advocates for case updates and strategies
- Coordinate with internal departments (sales, operations, HR, etc.) to gather case facts, evidence, and documents
