What you'll do
- Lease Renewal – This includes preparation of draft and laisoning with field team and the corporate office to finalize the draft
- Litigation- This includes vetting of suits, petitions, applications, affidavits, replies, written statements, , collecting and providing documents to lawyers
- Preparing replies to Legal notices and notices issued by the various governmental authorities and the Police
- Drafting of Complaint for filing before the Police authorities for Lodging of FIR and tracking the same
- Effecting recovery in cases of internal fraud, cheating by the customers by filing civil suits and pursuing criminal cases
