About the role
We are looking for a driven and technically adept Payment Gateway & Merchant Onboarding Specialist to lead end-to-end deployment of our payment infrastructure. You will integrate payment gateways, set up and configure POS/teller devices, and own the full merchant onboarding journey — from first contact to go-live.
What you'll do
- Payment Gateway Integration & Configuration
- Own end-to-end setup of payment gateway integrations (UPI, cards, BNPL, wallets) for merchants and enterprise clients
- Configure and manage MIDs, TIDs, acquiring bank routing, and settlement parameters
- Troubleshoot payment failures, reconciliation mismatches, and gateway downtime in real time
- Work with acquiring banks and card networks (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay) to resolve escalations
