What you'll do
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise CMDB solutions following ServiceNow best practices
- Develop and configure ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping for business-critical applications and infrastructure
- Implement and maintain CSDM-aligned CMDB architecture and governance standards
- Configure and manage Identification & Reconciliation Engine (IRE), identification rules, and reconciliation rules
- Monitor and improve CMDB Health, including completeness, correctness, and compliance metrics
