About the role
Primary BA liaison between Financial Crime Operations (FCO), Technology and the Business Product Owner for data delivery initiatives. Maximise value by ensuring features and stories align to business outcomes; refine the backlog through prioritisation, estimation and decision making Proven experience analysing complex, high‑volume data sets using SQL (Postgres) and/or Python
What you'll do
- Analyse as‑is business processes, elicit requirements and produce approved specifications for technology applications and business processes
- Perform requirements analysis across complex financial crime data sets including data profiling, source‑to‑target mapping and gap analysis
- Collaborate with Product Owner, BA team, solution architects and scrum teams to refine and finalise detailed requirements
- Support Developers, Engineers and QE in understanding requirements
- Deliver on commitments with strong data analysis capabilities – not a Data Engineer role
