About the role
We are looking for a proactive and analytical Sourcing Specialist to join our Domestic sourcing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, executing sourcing strategies, and ensuring the timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services. You will play a key role in optimizing supplier performance and supporting cross-functional initiatives.
What you'll do
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies for assigned categories or projects
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers to meet business needs
- Conduct supplier negotiations to achieve optimal pricing, quality, and delivery terms
- Analyze market trends, supplier performance, and cost structures to drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Product Development, Quality, Sales and Marketing, Operational team) to align sourcing plans with business objectives
