About the role
The primary objective is to promote educational books in the allocated territory to achieve the given annual sales target and coordinating at various levels across the company, schools, distributors & retailers.
What you'll do
- Making planned visits to all the schools in the given Territory
- Create and cater to the demand: Create demand through effective promotions in existing and new customers. Understand and cater to the requirements of these customers
- Achieve and exceed Sales Targets: Convert Non-user into user and increase the business from the existing users in order to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Reporting: Report all day to day activities on field to the reporting officer or manager on the given formats and SFAS
- Prepare and get approval of journey plans (Daily, Weekly and Monthly) for smooth and effective working from your reporting officer and manager
