About the role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic BIM Lead to lead multidisciplinary BIM projects for international clients and manage a team of 15-20 BIM professionals. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical BIM expertise, project management capabilities, client-facing experience, and leadership skills to ensure successful project delivery while maintaining quality, timelines, and profitability.
What you'll do
- Lead and manage BIM projects for international clients across various sectors including commercial, residential, healthcare, industrial, and infrastructure projects
- Develop and implement BIM execution plans (BEPs), workflows, standards, and quality assurance processes
- Oversee BIM model creation, coordination, clash detection, and project delivery
- Ensure compliance with client standards, industry best practices, and project requirements
- Drive BIM innovation and continuous process improvement initiatives
