About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Lead with extensive experience in Scan‑to‑BIM workflows , capable of delivering MEP models from LOD 300 to 500 . The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of laser scanning processes, point cloud management, discipline coordination, and quality assurance for high‑accuracy as‑built models.
What you'll do
- Lead point cloud data interpretation, segmentation, and conversion into accurate BIM models
- Develop Architecture and MEP BIM models across LOD 300, 350, 400, and 500, adhering to project requirements
- Ensure accurate representation of as-built conditions, including structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and equipment elements
- Coordinate with scanning partners or internal teams for data acquisition, registration, and verification
