About the role
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Business Analyst with 3–5 years of experience to work closely with customers, business stakeholders, project managers, UX/UI teams, developers, and QA teams. The candidate will be responsible for understanding business needs, analyzing requirements, translating them into clear functional specifications, and supporting the project team throughout the software development lifecycle.
What you'll do
- Engage with customers and stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements
- Conduct requirement elicitation, analysis, validation, and documentation
- Translate business requirements into clear and actionable functional requirements and user stories
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), user stories, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria
- Work closely with UX/UI designers to define user journeys, workflows, and functional expectations
