Lead Business Analyst Engineer

About the role

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will own the functional analysis from requirement through release. You'll work closely with bank stakeholders, sales, Key account Managers, architects, engineers, QA, and delivery teams. You will be expected to understand the business problem behind each requirement, challenge unclear or impractical requests, define how the solution should behave, and stay involved through testing and release.

What you'll do

• Functional analysis of payment capabilities. This covers business rules, validations, exceptions, failures, returns, reconciliation, and downstream impact
• Requirement workshops with bank business, operations, and technology stakeholders. You'll convert ambiguous business needs into clear, complete, and testable requirements
• Feasibility, gap, scope, dependency, and impact analysis for new requirements and change requests
• Testing support. You'll support SIT and UAT, clarify expected behaviour during defect triage, and validate delivered functionality against agreed requirements
