About the role
The Onsite Storage Consultant will be part of NetApp’s 24x7 Professional Services team, supporting Managed Services customers. The role involves providing Level 2/3 support for NetApp storage environments, resolving incidents, managing change and service requests, driving problem management, and executing storage infrastructure upgrades.
What you'll do
- Provide Level 2/3 support for storage operations including incident, change, and service request management
- Plan and perform firmware and OS upgrades across customer environments
- Manage backup and replication technologies such as SnapMirror and IntelliSnap
- Administer and optimise storage environments using tools like OnCommand Unified Manager, Performance Manager, and Cloud Insight
- Collaborate with senior customer teams and internal sales teams to ensure smooth service delivery
