About the role
VALMIKI LEELA CAPITAL PRIVATE LIMITED, formerly Stephead Advisors Private Limited, is seeking a strategic AVP – Fundraising to lead institutional partnerships and fundraising initiatives with corporate, institutional, and philanthropic partners. The role is critical to building long-term funding relationships, developing innovative fundraising strategies, and ensuring the financial sustainability of the organization.
What you'll do
- Independently lead institutional and corporate fundraising initiatives for the organization
- Develop and execute strategic fundraising plans to meet annual funding targets
- Identify potential funding partners including corporates, foundations, and institutions
- Prepare and submit funding proposals, concept notes, and project budgets
- Manage end-to-end donor engagement — from outreach to closure and reporting
