About the role
We are looking for a highly skilled Unicommerce professional who can take end-to-end ownership of our Unicommerce operations, identify process gaps, resolve complex system and operational issues, and implement robust, scalable processes. This is not just a system-operating role.
What you'll do
- Manage and optimise all Unicommerce modules and workflows
- Handle purchase order (PO) creation, goods receipt notes (GRN), inwarding, stock transfers, and inventory adjustments
- Manage product listing, cataloguing, SKU creation, SKU mapping, and channel integrations
- Oversee sales order creation, order processing, fulfilment, returns, and inventory reconciliation
- Ensure seamless data flow between Unicommerce, warehouses, marketplaces, Shopify, and integrated systems
