What you'll do
- Incident and Ticket Management: Analyze incident tickets related to integrations, investigating both technical and functional causes
- Monitoring and Troubleshooting Integrations: Use SAP Cloud Platform and Cloud ALM/middleware monitoring tools to detect and resolve integration errors or failures
- Error Handling and Reprocessing: Automate or execute error detection and reprocessing routines for failed data transmissions
- Testing of Data Flows: Conduct end-to-end and regression testing of integration scenarios after system updates
- Technical Documentation and Knowledge Base Maintenance: Update integration mapping, data dictionary, and support documentation for future troubleshooting
