What you'll do
- Incident Triage and Resolution: Diagnose, analyze, and resolve functional issues reported & escalating to SAP support when necessary
- User Access and Security Management: Manage permissions, roles, and access rights (RBP) to ensure data security and compliance and S-User ID provisioning
- Process Monitoring and Improvement: Monitor for recurring issues or process inefficiencies and recommend or drive improvements
- Collaboration with Integration Team: Work closely with integration developers and external system owners to resolve data flow or interface issues
