What you'll do
- The engineer will be primarily responsible for architecture, design and development of software solutions for the customer Platform
- Communicate effectively across the departments and R&D organization having differing levels of technical knowledge
- Work closely with UX Design, Quality Assurance, DevOps and Documentation teams
- Assist with functional and system test design and deployment automation
- Provide customers with complex and end-to-end application support, problem diagnosis and problem resolution
